Shipping and return conditions
Important : Order processing times are separate from shipping times.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification when your order has been shipped via postal mail with a tracking number to keep you informed of its progress.
Potential delays due to postal service issues are not the responsibility of Albertine And The Sun.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
Free delivery for orders over €50.
Delivery times in France are 2 to 4 working days depending on the destination.
- International Shipping
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
Free delivery for orders over €50.
International delivery times are 5 to 15 working days depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Albertine And The Sun is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 5 working days for France and 10 working days for international, following receipt of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at albertinefactory@gmail.com indicating your first name, last name and your order number, and we will examine it for you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order (excluding shipping costs). The shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use the letter followed, registered letter or Colissimo to confirm receipt of your return to our warehouse. (No refund will be made without receipt of your package). Items received defective cannot be refunded or exchanged, you will be informed and an invoice will be sent to you to pay for the delivery in order to be able to recover your jewelry considered defective.
In case your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at albertinefactory@gmail.com with your order number, first name, last name and a photo of the item. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
